The employee in this position must ensure the synergy of creating and adapting advertising messages, apply hypothesis generation skills in practice, segment the customer base and plan communication channels accordingly. In this position, the candidate will collaborate with the department's teams on the implementation of marketing activities, creative and communication agencies, the development team and other service providers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Development and quarterly review of the annual communication approach to Direct communications; Ensuring support and relevance of the existing client base for the implementation of communications: RFM (Recency Frequency Monetary) analysis, scoring; Continuous creation of hypotheses regarding the segmentation of the client base for targeted and triggered communication with analysis of the impact on customer engagement and sales; Development, verification and regular updating of the communication content plan for targeted and triggered communication with the client base; Creation and distribution of text messages for targeted and trigger communication; Execution of distribution of messages through various direct communication channels; Cooperation with the customer retention team and implementation of loyalty program communication through Direct communications; Tracking the effectiveness of communications with the help of analytical tools; Participation in projects to increase conversion of communications on own platforms; Preparation and provision of analytical conclusions regarding the effectiveness of sent mailings; Creation and adaptation of communication content; Development of visual and textual materials, adaptation of global initiatives and communication materials to support tactical promotional activities in the market NECESSARY EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Higher education 3 years or more of experience in the field of direct marketing 2 years or more of experience in the development and management of complex direct marketing projects Experience in the organization of work in the direction of direct marketing communicationsand working with subcontracting agenciesKnowledge of project management principles: setting tasks, monitoring deadlines, writing technical specificationsPractical experience of working with large client basesSuccessful experience of retaining, returning and attracting users using SMS, Email, messengers and other tools (Esputnik and others)Knowledge of MS Power Point, Excel at a high levelKnowledge of Google Analytics at a high levelAbility to analyze and segment consumers, study their needs and work on the life cycle of each of the customer segmentsUnderstanding the principles of omnichannel Basic knowledge of SQL and CRM will be an advantageKnowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level (B1) THE COMPANY PROVIDES: International experience - exchange of experience with colleagues from other countriesProfessional team and opportunity for developmentCompetitive salary and annual bonusCompensation for mealsMedical and life insuranceWellbeing programs for BAT employees At BAT, we adhere to our goal - to create a better tomorrow.
