Direct manager (work in the office, not remotely) in UseWor

We are looking for a responsible and creative Direct Manager to join our team. In this role, you will interact with customers and the Instagram audience, providing important information, staying connected and making our work more efficient.

The vacancy does NOT involve a remote work format!

Main duties :

• Interaction with customers through personal messages on Instagram
• Answering questions and providing information about the company's services and products
• Management and maintaining communication with the audience, feedback and response to comments
• Maintaining customer relations and ensuring a high level of service satisfaction
• Analyzing feedback and making recommendations to improve communication and customer service

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in writing
• Knowledge and understanding of the basics of Instagram and social media will be an advantage
• Responsibility and desire to provide a high level of customer service
• Ability to work in a team and with different by types of clients
• Willingness to learn and develop their skills in the field of social media
