Direct manager in Siri-Pro

We are looking for an experienced direct manager to work with a spiritual mentor and a psychologist. Our mission is to help people in their spiritual and personal development through individual counseling and programs. We are looking for someone who can effectively communicate with customers, stay connected and help them succeed in our programs. and professional relations with clients. Conduct presentations of programs and opportunities offered by the company. Conduct Zoom meetings. Upsell to clients the next levels of the program. Maintain contact with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and high level of service. Monitor client payments. Conduct reporting, work in SRM .Requirements: Work experience of 1 year or more in working with clients.Fluent PC skills (work in spreadsheets, Word, Zoom, Canva, SRM) Ability to effectively organize work and maintain a balance between work and rest.Positive attitude and understanding of spiritual practices of the manager. Willingness to go through the program that you will sell to understand the product. Interest in psychology and experience in sports or meditation will be an advantage.
