We are looking for a responsible and creative Direct manager to join our team. In this role, you will interact with customers and the Instagram audience, providing important information, staying connected and making our work more efficient.

Main duties:
- Interacting with customers through personal messages on Instagram
- Answering questions and providing information about the company's services and products
- Managing and supporting communication with the audience, feedback and responding to comments
- Maintaining customer relations and ensuring a high level of service satisfaction
- Analyzing feedback and providing recommendations for improving communication and customer service
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in writing
- Knowledge and understanding of Instagram and social media basics will be an advantage
- Responsibility and desire to provide a high level of customer service
- Ability to work in a team and with different types of clients
- Willingness to learn and develop my social media skills
We offer:
- Salary from UAH 35,000 per month, depending on skills and experience, and bonus system
