About the role:

The Digitization Manager is a new role within the company, created to deliver against strategic initiatives and drive the digital transformation for the R&D department. This role will focus on implementing system changes, digital tools, and infrastructure to improve efficiency and service levels. Within the organization the Digitization Manager is consulting with other functions to ensure that system solutions are providing an added value over current solutions and workflows. 

The Digitization Manager role is a key player in the digital transformation of the R&D department. This role will have a significant impact on improving efficiency and service levels, ultimately enhancing the customer experience. The digitization initiatives will also involve collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The role is instrumental in ensuring alignment and sharing of knowledge and best practices.

About you:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing digital transformation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in implementing digital tools and systems, such as SAP and Salesforce .
• Previous experience in managing digital transformation projects is a plus.
• Experience in managing partnerships and external consultancies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and challenge the status quo.
• Understanding of R&D processes and requirements in the context of a digital transformation.
• Tech-savvy and eager to stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and tools.
• Strong technical skills in the field of data governance
• Proficiency in SAP and salesforce is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to positively challenge the status quo and drive impactful change.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value to customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations.
