BAYER launches the DigitalAg4UA Program to support the digitalization of agriculture in Ukraine and to overcome the global food security crisis. As part of the DigitalAg4UA Program, BAYER aims to expand access to its leading platform for digital agriculture, Climate FieldView™. This platform uses advanced technologies to increase productivity, optimize the use of seeds, fertilizers and plant protection products, reduce manual labor and improve water management practices. The DigitalAg4UA Operational Support Specialist will work directly with farmers registered under the DigitalAg4UA project and will be responsible for the successful use a Climate FieldView™ farmer, providing reliable support, providing answers to any queries, guidance on product use, helping with data entry and training on the functionality of the Climate FieldView™ platform. The DigitalAg4UA program will start in March 2024 and will initially last for 2 years. Key Responsibilities :Ensuring a positive experience using Climate FieldView™ by providing comprehensive operational support and providing recommendations on the use of the product.Management of farmers' requests for the operation of Climate FieldView™: their registration, documentation, tracking, reporting, working with feedback from farmers for continuous improvement of the platform.Support ordering and delivery process of Climate FieldView™ for farmers participating in the Digital4UA program. Identifying opportunities to improve and optimize operations and farmer support tools. Ensuring timely tracking and resolution of operational issues. Reporting on platform performance for further analysis across functions.Skills, Experience and Qualifications:University degree in agriculture, engineering or related field.Experience in agriculture with agricultural equipment and digital platforms, experience in customer support.Developed communication skills, high customer orientation.Strong interest in agriculture and the desire to create value for farmers. Ability to work independently and in a team. Experience in SAP and/or Salesforce. Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level and above.
