The Digital Traffic Manager is responsible for managing multiple tasks and collaborating with internal departments in a fast-paced setting. They will work closely with the Creative and cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and ensure the successful launch and delivery of all content. They should be eager to play a key role in maintaining the organization and momentum of our team of designers and writers.

Responsibilities

Manage intake, assignment, and execution of creative requests. Strategically prioritize and re-prioritize based on deadlines, requirements, and a thorough understanding of the skill sets required to complete the job.

Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project.

Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Work cross functionally across product marketing, media, creative, and AEM Teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.

Gather information and assets to better assist designers and writers.

Ensure timely delivery of work, lead consistent communication to the creative team, and report status updates to Marketing brand members. Resolve or escalate issues or blocks when encountered.

Monitor team capacity and work directly with the Creative Directors to ensure efficient and productive load balancing.

Assist with the creative delivery of web assets and coordination between internal teams and agency partners for all deliverables (assets, digital, video production, etc.)

Manage creative production calendars for websites.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Proven experience as a Traffic Manager or similar role

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in project management software and tools

Knowledge of creative processes and workflow management
