The Save Ukraine team is currently looking for a Digital Tools and Access Manager.

Main duties:

1. General administration
• Keeping a register of digital tools, licenses and accesses in the organization.
• Granting, changing and revoking access to offices and services (upon request and according to security policies).
• Coordination of onboarding of new employees in terms of digital tools.
• Keeping records of accounts and access rights.
2. Support and technical administration of tools
2.1. Financial and accounting systems • Organization of access to:
 Vchasno (document circulation, signing)
 Medok (tax reporting)
 BAS Accounting
 Odoo (ERP/CRM)
 • Interaction with the chief accountant and system administrators.
2.2. Services for analytics and verification
 • Ensuring work with Opentadabot (Corporate Package Max) and Youcontrol.
 • Provision of accesses, usage monitoring.
 • Consultations with users regarding the functionality of the platforms.
2.3. IT infrastructure
 • Microsoft 365 administration (mail, Teams, OneDrive, Office):
 ? Account creation, license distribution, user support.
• Management of hosting, domains.
• Network security support through Fortinet FortiGate-100F (in cooperation with a consultant).
• Update of security and data protection policies.
3. Communication and Support
• Liaising with Legal, IT, Accounting, Communications teams to coordinate changes and processes.
• Provide technical support to users (by mail, messengers or in person).
• Participate in internal meetings regarding digital tools and their development.
4. Additional tasks
• Preparation of internal instructions for the use of systems.
• Audit of the relevance of access (quarterly or on request).
• Participation in digital infrastructure planning.
• Maintaining access security documentation.
