Digital Support Manager in Gazorozpodilni merezhi Ukrayini, TOV

We value professionalism, responsibility and a desire for development, therefore we are looking for a Digital Support Manager, who will help our customers to effectively use the KUB mobile application and other digital channels of interaction.

Main duties:

• Reception and processing of electronic consumer appeals through the KUB mobile application, Google Play Market and App Store.
• Checking the completeness and correctness of information in the appeals.
• Providing advice to users regarding the company's digital services.
• Fixing customer inquiries, complaints and appeals through the KUB mobile application.
• Interacting with internal divisions to promptly resolve issues specified in appeals.
• Control of terms and quality of processing appeals in accordance with internal standards.
• Analysis of consumer appeals and preparation of proposals for improving services.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Proficient in PC and mobile applications.
• Competent written and spoken Ukrainian language.
• High attention to detail, responsibility, communication.
• Experience in the field of customer support or digital services will be an advantage.
