We are looking for a qualified candidate for Digital/SMM Manager to support the SOERA project.

The SOERA project is aimed at supporting a transparent, responsible and efficient public enterprise sector that can meet the needs of the Ukrainian people and its economy. To this end, the project cooperates with the State Property Fund of Ukraine (PSFMU) to build transparent and understandable communications regarding the reform of the corporate management of state assets, in particular regarding the privatization and leasing of state and municipal enterprises and assets; business relocations to safe regions; and the government's efforts to restore Ukraine's economy. To achieve this goal, FSMU needs a Digital/SMM Manager.

DUTIES:

• Develop and implement a strategy to promote the Foundation's website and social networks;
• Coordinate with the head of the Foundation's communications department to determine the prioritization of content and messages;
• Maximum effective use of SMM tools to convey information about auctions for privatization and lease of state property to the target audience;< /li>
• Cooperate with the team of the FSMU communications department to organize and control the quality of content and visual presentation;
• Formulate short-term priorities in digital media and place them in the media plan in accordance with external communications and the Fund's outreach;
• Oversee the quality control of messages and content for the Foundation website and social networks;
• Achieve online usage/engagement KPIs (e.g. views, likes, followers, etc.) defined by the Head of Communications field.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in digital/social media, ICT, communications or other relevant field of study
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in digital marketing and content creation
• Strong communication skills
• Experience and understanding of how to communicate effectively on Facebook, X and Instagram
• Experience in developing a digital media strategy and leading a media team
• Fluency in business Ukrainian
• Candidates must be citizens of Ukraine and live in Kyiv (hybrid possible work format)
• Knowledge and experience of working with state institutions
• Knowledge of softwarefor graphics and video editing
• Proficiency in English at a level no lower than Intermediate

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Full-time employment (176 hours per month)
• Hybrid work format: the office of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine in Kyiv and remotely
• Contract for consulting services (FOP)
• Work as an independent consultant from SOERA in the team of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine
