Digital SMM manager in UAFIC

The Ukrainian Association of Fintech and Innovative Companies announces a competition for the position of Digital SMM manager.

Main duties:

• Maintenance of social media pages networks Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
• Development of strategy, content plan, conducting monthly media planning and budgeting of digital communications of the Association
• Following trends in the field of social media and fintech market news for use in work with CA
• Creation of attractive and interesting content adapted to social media algorithms: short videos, text posts, stories
• Analytics and reporting on social media activity
< li>Advertising promotion of pages and posts
• Regularly informing interested parties and management about the course of affairs and progress, deadlines;
• Performance of administrative tasks as necessary;

Candidate requirements:

• 2 years of Digital SMM manager experience;
• Understanding the basics of SMM strategy;
• Successful experience of promoting brands in social networks;
• Creativity, ability to find and implement interesting ideas for content
• Active business acumen and strategic thinking;
• Knowledge of coverage algorithms social networks and understanding how to improve them
• Ability to be flexible, proactive, learn quickly and have motivation to achieve the goal;
• Ability to work in Adobe Photoshop, Kanva, Figma, Ads manager, Business Manager and others.
  
  

Additional qualifications:

• Personal skills such as: responsibility , decisiveness in decision-making, problem-solving skills, critical thinking;
• English language level B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
