Functional duties: Analysis of business needs in the development of digital services: CRM system, loyalty system processing, Mobile app; Analysis and drafting of requirements for future product, service; Analysis of problem areas and suggestions for improvement; Formalization of requirements (distribution of requirements into business, functional, non-functional, requirements specification writing); Management of implementation of solutions; Broadcasting of requirements between developers and the client; Acceptance and testing of new functionality from the developer; Training users in new functionality.
