Functional both connections
- Participate in the development and implementation of strategy and tactical business plans for the development of digital sales channels and e-commerce
- Manage web applications and complex digital solutions throughout their life cycle, including competitive analysis, feasibility assessments, goal formulation, development of implementation and development plans
- Manage projects and products of digital sales channels related to the development, implementation and improvement of digital sales channels and/or products, applications
- Participate in projects in the role of project manager / product manager
- Be responsible for the content of the project / product
- Agree on roles and responsibilities in the project, and the participation in the project of employees from other departments
- Cooperate with project participants and stakeholders (customer, sponsor, team , partner) in terms of managing their expectations, including providing/receiving feedback, sharing information, negotiating, reaching agreements

- Coordinate actions of all commercial and operational functions in the company within the process of implementation of standards of digital sales channels - regarding the definition and implementation of new applications, functions, KPIs, updating processes, etc.
Requirements
< li> Education: higher education (Economics/Marketing/Technical Sciences)- Work experience: 3+ years in an Internet agency or in the Internet communication department (preferably in a telecommunications company)
- Possession of a PC : Experienced user of Excel, MS Project, MS Visio, Power Point
- Highly organized, strong interpersonal and communication skillsat all levels
- Leadership and management qualities, self-motivation, analytical skills
- Ability to work with different groups and coordinate teams from different functional areas
- Negotiation skills and strategic thinking
- Willingness to set and fulfill ambitious goals
- Project management - available experience and practical cases, the ability to manage several projects at the same time.
