We are looking for a Middle Project Manager with experience in managing digital projects. You will be able to fully coordinate the provision of services: conduct communication, control finances, conduct negotiations, analyze results and present reports. Why us? - We are the #1 performance marketing agency in Ukraine, Bulgaria and Kazakhstan (according to various ratings, including the IAB Ukraine Rating).- We are a premium partner of Facebook, Google and Instagram.- On average, over the past three years, our revenue grew by 99.6% per year.- Among our clients are OLX, Intertop, Eva, Prom.ua, Privatbank, Planeta Kino, etc. Yours skills: - 2 years of experience in the position of Project Manager, Account Manager or Digital marketer: in agencies or in-house. - Ability to determine business needs, create and implement marketing strategies for clients. - Knowledge of the peculiarities of the work and production of the main digital marketing channels - SEO, PPC, Mobile. - Confident use of analytics tools and running advertising campaigns: Google Analytics and others. - Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads, Serpstat, Similarweb, Google Search Console. - Ability to process a large amount of data in Excel or Google spreadsheets. - The ability to competently build communication both with the client and with the team. Express your thoughts correctly, correctly and clearly, both orally and in writing.- The ability to find alternative solutions or reject clients where necessary.- Knowledge of English at the B2 level will be a big plus. Coordination of service production: Coordination and development, as well as leading the implementation of digital strategies in the following areas: - Analysis of project topics and activities; - Development of a project action strategy; - Coordination of the implementation of the strategy by a team of specialists; - Monitoring of results and adjustment of the strategy if necessary to achieve KPI by project; 2. Control and coordination - managing the client. 2.1. The process of conducting services. - Checking the implementation of tasks with projects; - Meeting the deadlines for project-service tasks; - History of communication, documentation regarding projects, contracts (including additional agreements) - Control of payments and accompanying documentation (invoices, acts); - Reporting; 2.2. Relationship development - client growth. This involves finding out the needs, plans and tasks of clients. Proposal of new projects and services, as well as improvement of already launched processes, regardless of the activity of the team of specialists. 2.3. Minimization of possible complaints. A pool of works to prevent potential problems in the production of services for the client and to effectively solve those that have arisen. 2.4. If desired, cross-selling of additional services to existing projects. 2.5. Reporting and presentations.
