OverviewWe are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager deeply immersed in the digital marketing field. This role is crucial for aligning our marketing strategies with the company’s overall objectives, ensuring effective integration and implementation of all digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, PPC, social media, and other marketing channels.ResponsibilitiesVendor Management: Oversee and coordinate the efforts of external contractors involved in SEO, PPC, and website development to ensure their tasks align with our strategic goals.Internal Coordination: Lead the marketing and sales departments to ensure projects are executed flawlessly in accordance with Cody’s quality standards.Strategic Oversight: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform our marketing strategies, maintaining flexibility to shift priorities as necessary to achieve business objectives.Quality Control: Ensure that all marketing efforts meet or exceed predefined standards of quality and performance, adhering to timelines and budgets.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on project status and outcomes.QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, ideally as an Account Manager, Project Manager, or specialist in ASO, SEO, or PPC.Proven ability to manage multiple project teams and meet deadlines.Strong communication skills and proficiency in English at an Intermediate level or higher.Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Knowledge and experience working with services such as Jira, Analytics, Notion.We OfferThe decent salary level and regular revision based on performance review resultsEmployment by individual entrepreneur/self-employment contract without the need to be based in a specific locationTime off throughout the year:15 paid working days a year of vacation, national holidays due to the Ukrainian calendar, up to 15 days a year of unpaid leave, unlimited unpaid leave days in case of working offRegular long-term working hours (40 hours a week), flexible scheduleResources to help improve your overall well-being: free gym and half-paid team eventsEnglish classesProfessional development support through conferences and paid qualified education
