Your skills:

< li style="font-weight: bold">Experience in promoting mobile applications - a must
• experience work in mobile and web marketing for at least 2 years.
• Confident use of tools: Facebook (Meta Ads), Google Ads (UAC), Apple Search Ads, TikTok< /li>
• Understanding the main marketing indicators: CPM, CTR, CPA, LTV.
• Knowledge of analytical systems: Appsflyer, Firebase, Google Analytics (GA4).
• Ability to work with API services.
• Knowledge of JS basics.
• Ability to work with creatives and a team of designers.
• Successful cases of conducting and optimizing advertising campaigns.< /li>
• Ability to find growth points for the project.
• Confident use of tools: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Ads Facebook, Serpstat and others
• Strong analytical skills for working with data
• Ability to process a large volume data in Excel or Google spreadsheets.
• The ability to express one's thoughts correctly and clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work with data and visualize it
• Hacker thinking - the ability to find alternative ways to achieve goals, bypassing bottlenecks and obstacles.
• Cognitive empathy - the ability to understand the pain and needs of the user.

Your ROLE::

• Promotion of the PUMB application.
• Building user engagement processes.
• Launch and optimization of advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, etc. (both for mobile applications and for the Internet).
• Managing the flow of creative generation with the help of the design team
• Budgeting and reporting.
