For the job, you will need:

• Experience in project management, strong presentation skills, the ability to work through and defend ideas
• Creativity, developed taste, attentiveness and focus
• Independence, organization, ability to work within deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Teamwork, openness to feedback, flexibility
• Ability to work with a large array of information and databases
• Desired skills: Figma, Jira

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Managing projects in production: collection and consolidation of information, preparation and approval of briefs, presentation of ideas and regular communication with stakeholders
• Quality control of materials and compliance with technical specifications
• Cooperation with agencies, productions, marketing, commercial teams and internal creative specialists
• Participation in the creation of banners, animations, photo and video content, preparation of resizes and materials for printing (as needed)
• Generation of ideas and development of concepts for digital formats and non-standard solutions
• Campaign planning, performance analysis, hypothesis testing and report preparation
• Working with a large volume of data and internal systems (Contentum, Vchasno, E-base)
