Digital Product & Project Manager which involves not only managing IT projects, but also creating solutions together with the business1. Design and development of digital productsFormation of the concept of a web portal / personal account for corporate clients, launch
- Participation in the creation of new digital solutions
- Formation of product requirements (together with business), translation of business needs into product logic
Responsibility for product usability, value and usability (UX), UI
2. Product thinking and improvement
Analysis of customer experience and identification of improvement points
Initiating new solutions and functionality
Continuous product development, not just launching
3. Implementation management
Setting tasks for contractors (developers, designers)
Control of implementation, quality and compliance with the plan
Coordination of all process participants
4. Work with contractors
Selecting and engaging contractors
Building Effective Engagement
Assessment of work quality and optimization of cooperation
5. Integrations and systemicity
Working with CRM and other systems:
CRM administration and implementation of enhancements,
Solving technical problems
Training the team to work with CRM
Development of regulations for the use of systems
Ensuring the integrity of the digital ecosystem
Building the logic of interaction between products
Expectations from the candidate
Experience in Product Manager / Digital PM / Project Manager roles in IT
Ability to think in terms of the product, not just the tasks
Experience launching or developing digital products
Understanding UX/UI and Customer Experience
Experience working with contractors (development, design)
High independence and proactivity
