The vacancy involves service in one of the special units of the Defense Forces.

DUTIES

• regular communication with existing users and active search for new users, distribution of additional products to existing users
• maintenance of current user base, monitoring key product indicators reflecting the successful use of the platform by users
• development and implementation of programs to increase user retention, organization of educational trainings, presentations, as well as building personal relationships to ensure sustainable feedback
• collecting and summarizing feedback from users and preparing recommendations for the product team
• interacting with partners and external organizations, finding options for cooperation with the outside world
• collecting and analyzing user data, preparing regular department performance reports and recommendations for improvement

REQUIREMENTS

• at least 2 years of professional experience in sales, Customer Success or account management
• experience working specifically with IT products will be an advantage
• ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively with clients at all levels, including conflict resolution
• ability to analyze data and metrics for development of informed strategies and solutions
• demonstrated focus on achieving results and continuous improvement of the user experience
• desire to digitize existing processes in the army
• military service experience and officer rank will be an advantage

CONDITIONS

• contract service until the end of martial law
• polygraph at the final stage
• office work in the city of Kyiv 6 days a week
• business trips around Ukraine are possible
