Digital Media Strategist in Performance Media

And what is your team?

It is a four-person team of experienced specialists in building the best strategies for our clients.

Your responsibilities:

Development of media strategies and plans

You will be responsible for the selection tools and KPI recommendations for the assumed goals

You will develop strategic recommendations for clients, reports and trendbooks;

You will conduct a strategic analysis including in-depth research, analysis of competition and target groups;

You will support the New Bizzu department in tenders and offers;

You will take an active part in tenders, including presenting the assumptions of the developed strategy to the client together with the team;

More than once, you will have the opportunity to prepare and conduct workshops or training for our clients;

Our requirements:

✅ Mashmin. 2 years of experience on the side of agencies or media houses;

✅ You have extensive experience in creating media strategies/plans

✅ You have excellent knowledge of the most important digital channels;

✅ You can select solutions to the client's goals and challenges

✅ Analytical mind / great knowledge of XLS

✅ You can analyze data, draw conclusions and create recommendations based on them

✅ You feel good at presentations and public speaking, and contact with clients is a pleasure for you!

✅ You are a responsible person, you manage your work independently so that it is effective and time"

✅ You can cope with stressful situations - you prioritize tasks and respond quickly to key projects;

✅ You speak English at a fluent communication level (min. B2 in speech and writing).

Preferred:

✔️ Knowledge of Google Analytics;

✔️ Higher education related to marketing (or during studies);

✔️ Experience in conducting workshops with clients;

✔️ DIMAQ certificate will be a nice addition
