Digital Marketing Strategist in VMK GROUP

Hello! We, VMK GROUP, are a young and successful IT company. 

Our beginning fell on the difficult year 2022 for Ukraine, so we are happy to join the enterprises that support the economy of our state! The name of our company has many meanings: VMK — Faith, Dream, Country. Therefore, we do everything to make our projects successful, interesting and special. 

Today, our company has 3 main areas: — VMK Group — Development of software and IT products — VMKhealth — Full-cycle pharmaceutical digital agency — VMKteam — IT Recruiting and outstaffing. 

Each direction is represented by a team of specialists specializing in technical and industry issues. Currently, our projects are created not only in Ukraine, but also abroad. 

Now VMK GROUP is actively developing, we are creating additional jobs, so we are looking for Digital Marketing Strategist for part-time.

Our candidate has:

• Experience in marketing from 4 years.
• Skills develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy (content, advertising, analytics, etc.).
• Understanding the specifics of working with marketplaces (Prom, Rozetka, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify or others).
• Skills in working with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SimilarWeb, Ahrefs, Hotjar, etc.).
• Ability to analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest ways of optimization.
• Experience in budget planning, media strategy and digital campaign management.
• High communicative skills, the ability to reasonedly defend your ideas and work in a team.
• Creativity, proactivity, attention to details.
• Knowledge of the English language (preferably at the Intermediate+ level). 

• What to do:

• Development and implementation of a digital strategy for product promotion on marketplace platforms (Eva, Rozetka, Tabletka, etc.).
• Collection of requirements and holding meetings with customers to determine goals, needs and expectations.
• Presentation of strategies to customers, protection of proposed solutions and coordination of the action plan.
• Analysis of the market, competitors and target audience, preparation of recommendations for positioning.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns (conversions, CTR, CPA, ROI, etc.) and preparation of analytical reports and presentations for client.
• Optimizing advertising campaigns based on data and analytics results.
• Regular reporting on results, key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
