Your tasks will be:

• Work with the smm team, email marketing, sales, creative director and PPC
• Formation of the digital marketing development strategy, determination of key metrics of the effectiveness of digital promotion
• Implementation of the company's marketing strategy on the market of Europe, the USA and Australia
• Setting up and monitoring the operation of advertising campaigns in the Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn systems Ads
• Effective lead generation
• Analysis of the market and competitors to determine the most effective promotion strategies
• Working with influencers
• On an ongoing basis analysis, optimization and scaling of the effectiveness of digital projects, channelattracting customers, traffic sources, advertising campaigns
• Generating ideas for product improvement and optimizing user engagement

What do we expect from you?

• Experience of working in IT or a similar company that creates a digital product
• Experience of working with an English-speaking target audience
• English language is not lower than B2 level
• Experience of team management
• Deep understanding of the working principles of Google Ads, Facebook Ads
• Experience of working with various tools: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, GA4, Firebase, Similarweb, Serpstat, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets/Excel
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• High communication skills and structure
