Digital Marketing Specialist in Helpware

We are growing and have an open position of a Digital Marketing Specialist for Automotive Business in the USA and Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively close and QA client cases within Salesforce CRM system;
• Checking and Updating ad offers;
• Provide basic activity reporting to performance managers based on account needs and regular activity;
• Assist TL with process-related tasks;
• Training of new team members, monitoring their quality of work and mentoring;
• Other related tasks assigned by managers of the Clients and/or Helpware.     

Skills and Qualifications

• Fast-paced, multitasking and detail-oriented - you will manage a queue of important client requests with a quick turnaround time expectation;
• Strong written & communication English skills (Upper-Intermediate+ level);
• Experience working with CRM systems;
• Experience in Digital Marketing - Google Campaign Manager (Google -Ads, -Analytics, etc.);
• Data input and workload tracking experience using Google Sheets.
