Our team is actively growing and developing, so we are looking for a Digital Project manager to promote our FUIB mobile application, which is in the top five banking applications in Ukraine.

Your skills:

• Experience in promoting mobile applications - a must
• experience in mobile and web marketing at least 2 years.
• Confident use of tools: Facebook (Meta Ads), Google Ads (UAC), Apple Search Ads, TikTok
• Understanding of basic marketing indicators: CPM, CTR, CPA, LTV.
• Knowledge of analytical systems: Appsflyer, Firebase, Google Analytics (GA4).
• Ability to work with API services.
• Basic knowledge of JS.
• Ability to work with creatives and a design team.
• Successful cases of conducting and optimizing advertising campaigns.
• Ability to find growth points for the project.
• Confident use of tools: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads, Serpstat and others
• Strong analytical skills for working with data
• Ability to process large amount of data in Excel or Google Sheets.
• The ability to express one's thoughts correctly and clearly, both orally and in writing.
• The ability to work with data and visualize it
• Hacker thinking is the ability to find alternative ways to achieve goals, bypassing bottlenecks and obstacles.
• Cognitive empathy is the ability to understand the user's pains and needs.
• Willingness to learn, grow and take responsibility.

Your ROLE: :

• Promotion of the PUMB application. Building user engagement processes.
• Launch and optimization of advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, etc. (both for mobile apps and web).
• Managing the flow of creative generation with the help of the design team
• Budgeting and reporting.
