Your future tasks: Formation of a strategy for attracting users based on market analysis and product features. Creation and optimization of marketing campaigns on top platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA, Web2app). Analysis and tracking of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Conducting A/B tests to increase funnel conversions. Generation of new hypotheses based on data. We are looking for: You have at least 1 year of experience in FMCG in the field of marketing, financial analytics, or performance marketing experience (PPC/ User Acquisition/ Media Buying). You like to work with numbers and have strong analytical skills. You understand the basics of digital marketing. You know how to analyze indicators, find cause-and-effect relationships and generate new hypotheses. You know English at an Upper-Intermediate level. Your superpowers are proactivity, inquisitiveness, the ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes. It will be an advantage: Work with advertising offices Meta, Google, Twitter, TikTok.
