Digital Marketing Manager (Universe Group) in Genesis

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will strengthen the Guru Apps team and work on the effective promotion of one of our mobile applications.

In the role of Digital Marketing Manager > you will regularly interact with the creative team, product managers, analysts and marketing colleagues. Your future tasks:

< li>Formation of user engagement strategy based on market analysis and product features.
• Creation and optimization of marketing campaigns on top platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA, Web2app).
• Analysis and tracking the performance of advertising campaigns.
• Conducting A/B tests to increase funnel conversions.
• Generating new hypotheses based on data.

We expect that you:

• Have at least 1 year of experience in performance marketing (PPC / User Acquisition / Media Buying).
• Love working with numbers and have strong analytical skills.
• Able to analyze indicators, find cause-and-effect relationships and generate new hypotheses.
• Know English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Your superpowers are proactivity, curiosity, the ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes.
