We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager to actively scale Meta - direction in a team of experienced experts and share experience.

What challenges await:

— Creation, management and optimization of advertising campaigns in Meta Ads in Tier1 geo;

— Monitor and track KPIs across all channels, including budget rate, ARRPU, CAC, ROAS and ROI;

— Collaborate with content teams and design for creating and approving advertising materials.

What is important to us:

— Experience with Meta Ads from 1 year in an advertising agency or product company;

— Experience with the US, Canadian, Australian and UK markets;

— Data-driven decision-making approach. Strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze large amounts of information and draw conclusions from it;

— Systematicity and structure;

— Creativity and the ability to qualitatively generate new ideas and hypotheses.

Will be a plus:

— Experience with advertising platforms TikTok Ads, AppLovin, Vungle, Taboola;

— Experience work with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tableau, Airtable

— English at B2 level.
