Hello! We are ORNER, a Ukrainian manufacturer of gifts and home goods. And now we are looking for a Digital marketing manager/PPC specialist to promote our partner projects in the field of e-commerce and B2B. How we see our future employee: you have 6 months of experience working with Google Ads and Meta Ads (search campaigns, trade ads, catalog, conversions), basic skills in working with GTM and Google Analytics, ready to work on developing the structure of landing pages, developing engagement funnels, you try to improve them you try to think more broadly, understand the behavior and thinking of a potential client you know how to work in a team, communicate with a designer/copywriter/sales department you are constantly learning, you are looking for ways to improve the marketing of projects you know how to bring a task to a result Your tasks will be: Launching advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Working with GTM and Google Analytics 4 (analytics of the effectiveness of sources/channels) Formation of the structure of landing pages, participation in the development process (sometimes from 0) Formation of ideas to improve the conversion of sites Communication with the team regarding the quality of generated applications, participation in the process of improving the construction of funnels Formation of hypotheses when developing advertising creatives for Meta Ads Communication with the designer and copywriter regarding the quality/efficiency of the created materials Schedule: from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. or from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Working conditions: remote, hybrid format or work in an office located 2 minutes from the Kontraktova metro station ploshchaIf you are interested in our offer, send your resume.
