Digital Marketing Manager (Guru Apps) in Universe Group (Genesis)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the Guru Apps team and work on the effective promotion of one of our mobile applications.

Your future tasks:

— Formation of a user engagement strategy based on market analysis and product features.

— Creation and optimization of marketing campaigns on top platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA, Web2app) .

— Analyzing and tracking the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

— Conducting A/B tests to increase funnel conversions.

— Generating new hypotheses based on data.< /p>

We expect you to:

- Have at least 1 year of experience in performance marketing (PPC / User Acquisition / Media Buying ).

— You like to work with numbers and have strong analytical skills.

— You understand the basics of digital marketing.

— You know how to analyze indicators, find cause and effect connections and generate new hypotheses.

- You know English at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

- Your superpowers are proactivity, curiosity, the ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes.
