Digital Marketing Manager (Guru Apps) in Universe Group (Genesis)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will strengthen the Guru Apps team and work on the effective promotion of one of our mobile applications. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will regularly interact with the creative team, product managers, analysts and fellow marketers. Your future tasks: — Formation of a user engagement strategy based on market analysis and product features — Creation and optimization of marketing campaigns on top platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA, Web2app).— Analyzing and tracking the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.— Conducting A/B tests to increase funnel conversions.— Generating new hypotheses based on data. We expect you to:— Have at least 1 year of experience in performance marketing (PPC / User Acquisition / Media Buying).— You like to work with numbers and have strong analytical skills.— You understand the basics of digital marketing.— You can analyze indicators, find cause-and-effect relationships and generate new hypotheses.— You know English at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher.— Your superpowers are proactivity, inquisitiveness, the ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes.
