Your future tasks: Formation of a user engagement strategy based on analysis of the market and product features. Creation and optimization of marketing campaigns on top platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA, Web2app). Analysis and tracking of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Conducting A/B tests to increase funnel conversions. Generation of new hypotheses based on data. We expect that: You have at least 1 year of experience in performance marketing (PPC/ User Acquisition/ Media Buying). You like to work with numbers and have strong analytical skills. You understand the basics of digital marketing. You are able to analyze indicators, find cause-and-effect relationships and generate new hypotheses. You know English at an Upper-Intermediate level Your superpowers are proactivity, inquisitiveness, the ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes. It will be an advantage: Work with advertising agencies Meta, Google, Twitter, TikTok. Experience in attracting users of home products.
