Digital Marketing Manager (Facebook, Wellbeing App)

We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager for one of our new businesses - Liven.

Liven is a company that creates products for building healthy habits and improving mental well-being. Our product is an app to combat procrastination, ADHD symptoms, and more. We give users all the information they need to better understand themselves and their problems, as well as the tools to solve those pains.

We launched the business at the beginning of 2023 and have already confirmed its success - we have found unit-economy, payback and are actively scaling up to the size of a large business. Every new employee can now become the head of his field, everything depends only on you and your ambitions.

What tasks await you in the role of User Acquisition Manager:

— Creation, management and optimization of advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok, etc.;
— Management and optimization of multi-million dollar budgets;
—Testing of new channels and technologies;
—Analytics of key indicators in all channels: LTV, CAC, ROMI/ROAS and ROI/ROR, etc.;
—A/B testing of various funnels and strategies;
—Participation in building a marketing and communication strategy together with the team.

What is important to us:
— Strong analytical skills: experience with data, numbers, metrics;
- You have the mentality of an entrepreneur - you are comfortable developing and scaling where nothing has been before;
- Upper-Intermediate English.

Will be a plus:
— From 2-x years of work experience in the field of performance marketing, marketing, audit or analytics (Big 4 or Big 3 experience);
—Experience with advertising platforms Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.;
—Understanding the basics and metrics of digital marketing;
—Experience managing large budgets and large volumes of data.

In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the limits of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
