We are a dynamically developing cosmetics brand , which specializes in body, face and hair care. We sell our products both through B2B partners (beauty salons, showrooms) and directly to customers through our website and Instagram. We are building a strong D2C cosmetics company and are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to help us achieve this goal.

Responsibilities:

• Development, analysis and optimization of e-commerce strategy;
• Coordination of website updates;
• Creation and management of sales funnels;
• Coordination and optimization of all media buying campaigns, Meta, Google, TitTok Ads (in a team with a target specialist);< /li>
• Advertising budget management and return on investment (ROI) control;
• Interaction with designers and copywriters to create selling content.

Requirements:

• Experience in eCommerce from 3 years;
• Deep knowledge of D2C sales, SEO, SMM, PPC, email marketing;
• Experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.);
• Knowledge of the basics of UX/UI design and development (to coordinate the work of developers);
• Ability to work for results.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team and interact with developers and designers;
• Ability to manage projects and work for results;
• Creativity and innovation thinking;
• Attention to details and analytical thinking.
