Digital Marketing Manager (E-commerce) in HR Studio

A large all-Ukrainian chain of bookstores, which was one of the first to promote Ukrainian books and has been successfully maintaining this position for over 16 years, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (E-commerce) for its team. Requirements:— Proven successful work experience as a digital marketing specialist, e - commerce direction.— Relevant higher education, having professional certificates in the digital direction will be an advantage.— Experience of effective work with a team and contractors, outsourcing, etc.— High level of practical knowledge and use of analytics systems (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, FB).— The ability to see the situation by numbers and generate proposals for further steps based on analytics. Responsibilities:— Developing strategies that contribute to increasing sales and attracting new customers (in particular through paid traffic channels (SRA, SRS)).— Developing and approving the budget , control of the level of profitability.— Planning, implementation and end-to-end control of paid advertising campaigns on the Internet (PPC: Google, FB/Instagram) and promotions in the online store.— Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluating them by objectives (ROI and KPI).— Planning and control of work on SEO (optimization and promotion).— Monitoring and analysis of the competitive situation in the e-commerce market. It will be a plus:— Experience in the development and implementation of a customer loyalty program on the site.
