Digital Marketing Manager (B2C, Remote) in Navigator, mezhregionalnaya rekrutingovaya kompaniya

An international company for training and admission to universities in the USA and Europe is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join its team, who will be responsible for the growth of the incoming flow and the effectiveness of digital channels.

Requirements

• Education in B2C digital marketing from 2 years is a mandatory requirement.
• Higher education (marketing or economics),
• Practical skills in paid ads, SEO, email marketing, SMM, partnership and PR campaigns, web funnels. 
• Experience in strategies, media plans, budgets and analytics (Google Analytics, dashboards, ROMI). 
• Experience with WordPress will be a plus. 
• Intermediate English (preferred), proactivity, autonomy, strategic thinking and result orientation

Responsibilities:

• Launch and optimization of engagement channels (Meta, Google, influencers, partnerships),
• maintenance of a growth plan, control of CPL and lead quality, budget recommendations and disconnection of ineffective ones channels.
• Participation in the launch of new markets: analysis, adaptation, test launches and reports to the CEO/COO. 
• Curating WordPress site and landing pages: offers, texts, CTAs, A/B tests and conversion growth. 
• Coordination of the SEO direction, CPL, CAC, MQL analytics, diagnosis of bottlenecks, regular interaction with the sales department and contractors.
