DIGITAL marketing manager in ALFA Smart Agro

ALFA Smart Agro is a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of plant protection chemicals that has been successfully operating on the Ukrainian market for over 20 years. We invite a digital marketing manager to join our team Functional duties: Development and implementation of marketing strategies in the digital space to support the company's products. Creation, management and optimization of advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Linkedin, etc.; (independently / work with an agency). Management of SEO, PPC (Google Ads: context, Google Display, YouTube Video Ads), Retention, SMM (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Interaction with PR manager, product marketing and web developers .Collection and processing of data to analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, traffic, number of views, hours of page views, conversions, conversions and other indicators of digital marketing. Development and maintenance of websites, portals, mobile and social media applications. Planning and determination of budgets for projects in the digital sphere. Preparation of technical tasks and documentation for projects in the digital channel. Candidate requirements: Higher education. Work experience in the field of digital marketing for at least 3 years (B2B, possibly in agencies). Expert knowledge of digital marketing tools: SMM , email marketing, PPC, SEO, analytics. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Sendpulse, Bitrix and others. The company offers: Decent salary. Comfortable working conditions.
