What tasks await you: Development of strategy digital promotion and implementation of advertising campaigns, including: administration of Google Ads and Facebook advertising cabinets, writing texts to form the visual part for advertising campaigns, forecasting results and their support during the placement period; Conducting analytics of digital advertising effectiveness indicators (budget optimization, analysis of settings, adding up monthly summaries of the obtained results), if necessary, adjusting the media plan according to analytical forecasts; Effective interaction with other divisions of the company, partners regarding the implementation of activities in the network and their changes, optimization of advertising campaigns, etc.; Participation in other projects of marketing activities. Required skills and experience: Higher education (marketing, economics), additional education in Internet marketing (will be an advantage); Work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years, preferably in companies in the service sector; Successful experience in creating and launching advertising campaigns from scratch; Knowledge of digital marketing tools: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Tag Manager, experienced user of Google My Business; Understanding of key metrics of advertising campaigns and experience in their improvement; Skills of writing motivating short texts and a creative approach to creation; Fluency in Ukrainian, English language Intermediate (B2) and above; Developed communication skills, ability to build effective internal and cross-functional interaction, negotiate, convince.
