Digital marketing manager in Kompaniya Keyapp

Keyapp is a Ukrainian product IT company that provides an online platform to increase the organic traffic of Android and IOS applications around the world. We are looking for a person in the team who is passionate about his work, independent and responsible. What will be required to do: content: develop content plans and implement them, create content for the site, landing pages, advertising creatives, social networks, email newsletters, control and guide the PPC specialist, search for new platforms, optimize and improve the company's marketing strategy, create and increase demand for the product with the help of marketing tools (lead generation, promotions, SMM activities, etc.) work with the site, design, text, conversion to registration, organize communication with users, creating new landing pages on the site, find new platforms for attracting customers (youtube bloggers, TG groups, forums), analyze the market, target audience, engage in user segmentation, manage advertising traffic and the company's advertising budget, conduct an efficiency analysis traffic channels, teams, hypotheses, collaborate with the sales department, develop activity marketing for customer retention, NPS control and LTV increase, work with platform analytics, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and internal quarterly reporting, visit the office 1-2 times a week. To successfully cope with tasks required: English language at least B2+ (preferably C1+) higher education in the field of marketing, sales or business experience of working as a marketer with similar tasks from 2 years experience of attracting traffic using targeting, SEO, PPC, SMM experience of attracting traffic in Facebook advertising networks, Instagram, Linkedin Knowledge: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Docs, Data Studio, Google TagManager flexible 8-hour schedule, Sat. and Sun. - weekend opportunity to work in the office if you live in Kyiv, comfortable workplace (not open space) office - 5 minutes from the Osokorky metro station, management availability: any top manager is a few steps away/message in the chat. professional growth and training (training, conferences at the expense of the company) the opportunity to participate in a large-scale international project that is currently actively developing. the opportunity to develop and realize one's potential.
