What you should have: < /strong>
• from 5 years of commercial experience as a Digital Marketing Manager in an outsourced company; 
• fluency in English; 
• possession of marketing tools according to sales channels; 
• professional user of MS Excel/Google Spreadsheet; 
• free user of Google Analytics, Google Search Console; 
• entrepreneurial approaches in the implementation of marketing; 
• team and stakeholder management; 
• work with analytical tools such as Google Looker; 
• experience in setting up advertising cabinets of social networks (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).

What will need to be done:
• determine effective lead generation channels; 
• organization of a stable flow of target potential customers; 
• constant analysis of marketing activities; 
• organization of active attraction of potential customers through Google Ads and social networks; 
• management of advertising budgets and their constant optimization; 
• managing the activities of internal and external stakeholders, managing a team of subordinates; 
• building the brand of the organization among candidates and in specific niches among clients;
• searching for non-standard approaches in the implementation of the organization's marketing. />• flexible start of the working day from 9:00 to 10:00; 
• performance review every six months;
• comfortable office with shelter and Starlink near the city of Vasylkivska;
