Primary Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Own the day-to-day management of the project process (SEO, Paid Marketing, SMM, Content Production, Email Marketing etc.);
- Report project progress status to Team Lead & CEO on a weekly basis;
- Understand business goals and objectives of each assignment, and identify optimal processes and procedures to ensure successful outcomes;
- Proactively partner with internal and external teams to ensure strategy and project assignments are in line with agreed-upon timelines;
- Come up with innovative and creative ideas to ensure projects’ success.
Education and Experience:
- Understanding the cryptocurrency markets and basic knowledge of how blockchain technology works;
- Basic knowledge of how popular CMS works (WordPress, etc);
- Deep understanding of digital analytics (GA4, GCS, Ahrefs);
- Understanding of how main Ad Networks work (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads);
- Ability to launch multi-level marketing campaigns, and then, process the inbound traffic through various website funnels to convert it;
- Hands-on in performance marketing, brand strategy and positioning development, sales funnels optimization, marketing automation and analytics;
- Strong interpersonal skills; you should be a team player and positive go-getter;
- Understanding of marketing, creative and production processes and terminology;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Flexibility and ready to experiments;
- Experience with foreign markets and upper intermediate/advanced English level.
