Requirements: Proven successful work experience as a digital marketing specialist, e -commerce direction. Relevant higher education, having professional certificates in the digital direction will be an advantage. Experience of effective work with a team and contractors, outsourcing, etc. High level of practical knowledge and use of analytics systems (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, FB). Ability to see the situation from numbers and generate proposals for further steps based on analytics. Working conditions: Work in a book network that is constantly developing. Official employment in accordance with the norms of Ukrainian legislation. Paid vacation and sick leave. Work schedule - office work (hybrid format possible after the trial period) , Mon-Fri, 9:00 a.m. — 6:00 p.m. (or 10:00 a.m. — 7:00 p.m.). Office in the city center next to the Arsenalna metro station. Special discounts. Responsibilities: Developing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers (in particular through paid traffic channels (CRA, CRC)). Development and approval of the budget, control of the level of profitability. Planning, implementation and end-to-end control of paid advertising campaigns on the Internet (PPC: Google, FB/Instagram) and promotions in the online store. Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluating them according to goals (ROI and KPI). Planning and control of SEO work (optimization and promotion).
