What you need to have:
• from 5 years of commercial experience as a Digital Marketing Manager in an outsourcing company;
• fluency in English;
• mastery of marketing tools according to sales channels;
• professional user of MS Excel/Google Spreadsheet;
• free user of Google Analytics, Google Search Console;
• entrepreneurial approaches in marketing implementation;
• team and stakeholder management;
• work with analytical tools such as Google Looker;
• experience in setting up advertising cabinets of social networks (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).

What will need to be done:
• determine effective channels of lead generation;
• organization of a stable flow of target potential customers;
• constant analysis of marketing activities;
• organization of active attraction of potential customers through Google Ads and social networks;
• management of advertising budgets and their constant optimization;
• managing the activities of internal and external stakeholders, managing a team of subordinates;
• building the organization's brand among candidates and in specific niches among clients;
• search for non-standard approaches in the organization's marketing implementation.
