The PR team of headoffice Genesis is expanding the SMM direction and is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will work on the development and strengthening of social of Genesis networks.

The following tasks await you:

• Interaction with PR team directions (Content, Internal Comm's, Design);

• Work in the SMM team on creating and filling social networks with content, launching targeted advertising and increasing indicators;
• Developing creatives for advertising, launching advertising through Meta Ads/LinkedIn Ads;
• li>Update of the analytics system for monthly evaluation of the effectiveness of advertising and management of social networks;
• Writing texts for posts/advertisements and preparation of technical specifications for designers to create visuals;
• Processing info drives, cooperation with other companies with ecosystem and/or partners;
• Writing scripts and filming (Reels, etc.);
• Generating new ideas and testing them.

What we expect from you:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, Creative Marketing Manager or SMM Manager;
• Copywriting knowledge and skills write texts of any format (posts, scripts, advertising materials) on IT and business topics;
• Experience in launching advertising through Meta Ads, understanding the goals in the advertising cabinet and basic concepts in advertising (reach, impressions , frequency, CPM, CPC, CPL, etc.);
• Understanding of analytical metrics;
• Intermediate and above English language skills;
• Reels and writing experience scripts for videos;
• Creative thinking and the ability to present ideas, arguing for your vision.

Knowledge of Google Ads for launching contextual advertising for corporate media.
