Remote Digital Marketing Manager Our team is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager whose main focus will be the promotion of mobile applications of our product. We are looking for an experienced, proactive specialist to develop, configure and monitor the effectiveness of online advertising campaigns within the overall project strategy and performance marketing ideology. Product: Our product is a transportation and delivery ecosystem that boasts millions of users and an ambitious development plan both in Ukraine and in foreign markets. Our web and mobile applications offer modern UI and UX design and are supported by a complex, highly loaded backend, which ensures a smooth user experience. We manage our own business operations and offer both franchise and SaaS models to expand our markets. Responsibilities: Setting up and optimizing Google Ads, Apple Search Ads advertising campaigns. Management of advertising offices in connection with analytics of necessity (Google Analytics, end-to-end analytics) Search and analysis of advertising partners Preparation and conduct of A/B tests Filling the blog with news articles Participation in the development of the appearance and filling of the site pages Optimizing the text content of the site Working with Google Analytics and other analytical systems Evaluation of the effectiveness of campaigns, generation of reports Participation in planning budgets and future advertising campaigns Requirements: 2+ years of work experience in the field of Digital Marketing Experience in working with Google Analytics (Firebase, Data Studio—preferred) Experience in conducting campaigns in GoogleAds (Apple Search Ads—preferred) Skills in developing a content and media plan, drawing up a direction budget Planning, control and reporting skills Experience in creating and optimizing product funnels Communicability, the ability to easily establish contact The ability to build high-quality working communication by providing feedback Attention to details Initiative, proactivity Will be a plus: Experience in promoting mobile applications Experience in crowd marketing, influence marketing English—intermediate Working conditions No overtime Flexible work schedule 19 working days of vacation 15 working days of sick leave Medical insurance Online English courses Opportunities for professional growth and personal development Various activities: team building, corporate events *During martial law, some benefits may be temporarily limited
