We are looking for a Digital Manager who can build system digital strategy for our B2C and B2B directions. You don't just need to run social networks here - you need a proactive specialist who sees the whole picture, manages contractors and optimizes channels so that ROI and LTV grow.

About us Kormax Trade is an official distributor of international pet food and care brands (Nature's Protection, Tauro Pro Line and others).

• B2B: pet shops, chains, vet clinics, grooming salons
• B2C: online and offline retail BestPet We value professionalism, systematicity, efficiency and love for animals

What will you do

• Audit of existing digital channels and system strategy development
• Setting KPIs and tasks for contractors (PPC, SEO, SMM, content)
• Analysis of results, optimization of ROI, LTV, CAC, CTR
• Coordination of processes: TK, filming, resource control and deadlines
• Optimization of UX, content and site structure for increased conversion
• Offering new ideas for scaling brands

Who we are looking for

• 2-3+ years in digital, e-commerce or FMCG
• In-depth knowledge of Google, Meta, Email, SMM, analytics (Google Analytics, dashboards)
• Analytic, systematic and proactive
• "Helicopter view" - seeing the big picture
• Pet is a plus
• English for reading technical materials
