Digital marketing manager in Semantika Plyus, TOV

We are the Estonian-Ukrainian advertising agency ScroogeFrog Agency and we currently have an open vacancy for the position of Digital marketing manager. Ready to consider for the position of Junior(a).
Your tasks will be:
1. Writing articles for the website and blog + broadcasting them on social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TG)

2. Work with bloggers and opinion leaders (arrangements on promo publications).
3. Preparation of promos for conferences (coordinating the design of the stand, flyers, etc.).
4. other marketing tasks for supporting the company's products.
5. Optional: Creation of a marketing strategy and its implementation. Analysis of the market, competitive environment, product segments, determination of market trends, identification of target segments, SWOT analysis; Conducting marketing research, development of recommendations for the company's brand (products); Development and implementation of the strategy of the brand (s) and solving tactical tasks; Analysis and implementation of the brand's communication strategy; Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities.

From the candidate we expect:
1.Experience in writing articles and managing pages in social networks. 
2. Excellent communication skills, initiative, a broad outlook. 
3. English language - B2 or higher. 
4. Experience with advertising analytics and understanding of the principles of operation of the main advertising channels (PPS, YouTube, SEO, SMM). 
5. Experience working with contractors or own (including with SEO, SMM, target specialist, content manager). 
The advantage will be: Higher education in marketing, experience as a brand manager, marketer.

Our company offers:
1. Working schedule: Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturday-Sunday is a day off. Office only. We do not consider hybrid or remote work. During air raids, we go down to the bomb shelter (near the entrance to the office building).
2. Annual leave is 10 days. The starting salary is UAH 30,000, a possible discussion based on the results of the interview.
3. We are located: the city of Kyiv, St. Ioanna Pavla II, building 4/6 (Pecherska, Palace of Ukraine).
