• Develop short- and long-term communication plans through mass communication channels (push messages, big screen banners, email, viber, etc.);
• Analyze campaign results, test new solutions and offer improved communication with users by fulfilling business indicators;
• Control and initiate the placement of digital advertising, analyze the effectiveness of campaigns;
• Implement and support actions to attract, retain and upsell users;
• Always be ready for changes and try yourself in different roles. Generating ideas.
• Maintain a positive moral climate in the team, show courage, honesty, openness, responsibility, respect and love.

Challenges for three months:< /strong>

• get acquainted with the goals and plans of the company and the team;
• study the existing analytical reports;
• freeze current projects in your direction: update and maintain a plan for current direct communications; preparation of communication (texts, pictures, user segments); sending communications, collecting statistics, analyzing efficiency; support of digital activities; implement the necessary reports and dashboards together with a team of analysts;
