- From 3 years experience in the role of Head of Digital Marketing of a manufacturing/trade company that has main sales in offline channels (B2B, B2C)
- Experience in building the company's image in digital channels, SERM management
< li>Experience at a meat processing enterprise - MANDATORY!- Knowledge and constant monitoring of current trends in digital marketing
- Successful case of building online sales in commodity business
- Knowledge of key online sales metrics, skills in working with advertising channels (FB/Insta, Google Ads), SEO optimization, email marketing, SMM
- Successful experience in creating and scaling performance campaigns with positive ROI/ROMI (both with agency and internal resources)
- Experience in team management and development, task setting
- Analytical skills, systems thinking
- Be ready to business trips
What tasks will have to be solved:
- Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy — draw up an action plan, control processes, prove business to the result
- Organize the promotion of brands, projects, the company - closely monitor the company's websites, SMM, SEO, contextual advertising, social media management. networks, development of sales funnels, etc.
- Manage team and service providers
- Internet reputation management (SERM)
- Manage budgets - plan spending on digital - marketing; understand which investments give results
- Analyze competitors, research the market — stay abreast of industry events, follow the successes and failures of competitors in the digital environment, look for new opportunities for business expansion;
- Create portraits of the target audience - understand who the buyer is, his interests, characteristics, behavior
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities - get and understand numbers. Find out which campaigns, tools and channels work better than others
- Analytics – setting up the analytics system and forming reasonable recommendations for company management (Marketing Director)
