We are looking for: Manager strong> in digital marketing.

Job duties:

• Development and implementation of digital strategies for supporting the company's brands in accordance with the various CAs of these brands
• Close interaction with the marketing team to create and coordinate integrated marketing strategies through various communication channels
• Budgeting and monitoring the effectiveness of budget use. Control and monitoring of performance indicators of various communication channels. Increasing the efficiency of media investments
• Support and development of the company's existing digital assets (social networks, existing company sites)
• Moderation - communication with subscribers, processing comments and requests;
• li>Search for partner projects and implementation of joint projects with bloggers, experts, opinion leaders
• Generation of creative ideas of all types of content and active participation in its creation (posting, contests, challenges, etc.) as through cooperation with partners - agencies , as well as directly with photographers and videographers
• Formation of production briefs, selection of references and examples that can be used in advertising and communication
• Control and monitoring of activity of competitors in the network

From successful candidates we expect:

• Higher education (marketing, economics, journalism, philology), additional education (courses, seminars, etc. .) - digital marketing
• Knowledge of the features of communication in the digital environment and the features of social media platforms
• SMM/digital marketing experience of at least 2 years
• Availability of real cases
• Knowledge at the basic level: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Analytics
• Knowledge of graphic editors (preferred) and AI platforms (GPTChat/ Bard, etc.); basic skills of working with video content
• Developed copywriting skills. Writing texts in different styles for different target audiences
• Understanding social network algorithms and the main indicators of digital advertising effectiveness
• Ability to work with free image exchanges
• Basic knowledge of targeting
• Basic knowledge of search criteria\selection of bloggers
• Understanding the basics of brand positioning and brand marketing
• Experienced PC user: MS Excel file editingstudy, formatting, creating tables, MS PowerPoint, Internet Explorer
• Knowledge of the English language at the upper-intermediate level and above (written and oral)
• Understanding the basics of brand positioning and brand marketing
