We want to strengthen our affiliate network with our own Media Buying department, which would work with the most popular traffic sources among webmasters. Therefore, we are looking for an energetic Digital Marketing Lead with experience working with one (or several) traffic sources: Social (Facebook / Tik-Tok) / Display (banner / native) / Push / Email. You will independently run Media Buying in the dating vertical. When you achieve stable financial indicators, you will have the opportunity to form your own team and expand the pool of verticals. Your tasks: - Creating campaigns to attract users and work with large budgets of more than $100,000; - Test hypotheses and optimize funnels to increase marketing metrics - marketing profit . campaigns in the dating niche from 2 years old (traffic source: Social (Facebook / Tik-Tok) or Display (banner / native)) with budgets of more than $50,000 / month; - Strategic vision for the development of the Media Buying unit within the affiliate network; - Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data; - Ability to self-organize and accept challenges; - Ability to clearly express and argue one's point of view; - Focus on results and strong ambitions for success.
